Powstanie SBC24: The Latest Small-Batch Stunner Is Shipping Now

If you were lucky enough to snag some Powstanie SBC24 cigars during this year’s trade show, here’s some good news — they’re on the way! Powstanie Cigars just announced that SBC24 shipments are headed to retailers this week, and cigar lovers are buzzing.

This limited-run release continues Powstanie’s legacy of producing bold, small-batch blends that punch well above their weight. As National Sales Manager Mike Palmer puts it:

“We don’t hype. We don’t chase trends. We build cigars that punch above their weight — and SBC24 is no different.”

What Makes the SBC24 Special?

The SBC series has always been about quality over quantity, and SBC24 is no exception. Rolled at the renowned Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua (the same factory behind the hit Powstanie blends), SBC24 brings a unique visual flair and a complex flavor profile thanks to its eye-catching barber pole wrapper.

Here’s the full breakdown:

• Wrapper: Mexican Habano & Ecuadorian Connecticut (Barber pole)
• Binder: Nicaraguan
• Filler: Nicaraguan
• Vitola: 5 1/2 x 46 Corona Gorda
• MSRP: $17 per cigar
• Production: Limited to 500 boxes of 20 cigars

Tasting Notes

So what can you expect from this beauty?

The dual-wrapper construction brings layers of flavor. The Mexican Habano offers earth, spice, and richness, while the Ecuadorian Connecticut contributes creamy sweetness and balance. Together, they create a harmonious smoke with:

• A creamy cedar opening with hints of vanilla
• A mid-palate burst of baking spices and cocoa
• A long, peppery finish that lingers with satisfying depth

Expect excellent construction — a signature of Powstanie — and a medium-to-full-bodied experience that should appeal to both longtime fans and new explorers alike.

Get Them While You Can

With only 500 boxes produced, SBC24 is truly limited edition. If your favorite shop locked in their order at the show, keep an eye out for them to hit shelves soon.

Powstanie’s small-batch ethos is all about crafting cigars for those who appreciate the artistry — and if that sounds like you, SBC24 belongs in your humidor.
