This year’s limited release is a 7 ¾” x 48 Churchill dressed in a silky Havana Rosado wrapper grown in Ecuador and packed with a hearty core of Nicaraguan tobaccos. Rolled at J.C. Newman PENSA in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Bricktoberfest is designed from the ground up to pair with a bold Oktoberfest-style lager—think rich malts, toasted bread, and a touch of caramel sweetness that dances beautifully with this cigar’s profile.

Flavor Notes

Light it up and you’re greeted with warm cedar and toasted almond, followed by waves of creamy spice, baked bread, and a subtle floral sweetness from that gorgeous Havana Rosado wrapper. The Nicaraguan fillers bring a medium-to-full-bodied kick of earth, pepper, and roasted coffee, making it a perfect match for a stein of Märzen or any malty fall beer.

Eric Newman, grandson of company founder J.C. Newman, explains that the Brick House story began in Austria-Hungary, where the original “brick house” was both a home and a local tavern. “My ancestors gathered in the original brick house to relax and celebrate with beer and cigars 150 years ago, and Bricktoberfest is the perfect way to celebrate the season with beer and Brick House cigars today,” he says.
