Bentley Tobacco Rolls Out 5-Pack Line Extensions and Teases Big Surprises at PCA 2025

If you’re heading to the PCA Trade Show this year—or just like staying on top of what’s new in the premium cigar world—Bentley Tobacco | USA has a few exciting tricks up its sleeve. From sharp new 5-pack formats to a U.S. debut of a fan-favorite vitola and even a sneak peek into the future of cigar blending, there’s plenty to keep your eye on.

Let’s start with the new 5-count presentations of Bentley’s Green and White Series cigars. These aren’t just convenient—though they definitely are that—they’re also styled to impress. Think of it as Bentley’s signature refinement wrapped in a format that’s perfect for travel, gifting, or just keeping your stash tidy.

The Bentley White Series features an Ecuador Connecticut wrapper, offering a smooth, creamy smoke with nuanced complexity. These come packaged in a matte white box with metallic green touches and the Bentley emblem proudly embossed.

Meanwhile, the Bentley Green Series—a bolder, Nicaraguan-inspired blend with a rich Ecuador Rosado wrapper—comes in a textured green box with silver accents and a premium display window that gives a peek at the cigars inside. A vertical layout and blend details on the box complete the sleek, retail-ready look.

Available vitolas in the new 5-pack format:

  • Robusto
  • Toro
  • Short Corona (brand new addition)

But that’s not all Bentley’s bringing to PCA.

One of the biggest highlights is the U.S. debut of the Bentley GT (Gran Toro). This 7×70 giant from the Green Series has been a hit overseas, and now American retailers are getting their first chance to stock it. For fans of bigger ring gauges and longer burns, this is a solid one to watch.

And then there’s the wild card: the Bentley AI Cigar Project.
Yup—AI is officially hitting the humidor. Bentley’s collaborating with the master blenders at Joya De Nicaragua and artificial intelligence to create a new limited edition cigar called the Bentley Black. While the full story behind this high-tech project is still under wraps, it’s set to be revealed at PCA 2025.
