The newly reworked PDM Corojo by J.C. Newman Cigar Co is a delicious, sub $10 cigar that I would recommend to our readers.

The soft box press is comfortable to hold and smoke. Cold draw provided a honey nut profile and that sweetness carries into the smoking experience. The retrohale is smooth and a green pepper lingers on the palate.

The toro vitola’s burn stayed true with a slight waver and the cigar required no touch ups or relights. Smoking time was just under an hour. This is a cigar I’ll return to again and again as its light to medium body and low strength makes it pair well with all times and all beverage choices. This is a great cigar to put in the hands of a novice but can be appreciated by more seasoned cigar smokers.
